**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Highest stakeholders to develop the strategic plan and operating framework for the Organisation.
- Manage key organizational processes for executing the Organisation's strategy, including strategic reviews, board meetings, and external meetings.
- Conduct research and synthesize findings to define and develop different areas of work within the Organisation.
- Solve key strategic questions and assist senior leadership in building and developing work areas.
- Foster cross-collaboration and integration between different departments to ensure leadership success.
- Provide strategic inputs and operational support for high-profile projects.
- Support the fundraising team in developing a business development plan for expansion to new geographies.
- Coordinate with state program teams and state agencies for proposal development and fundraising efforts.
- Strategize with the Organisation's Charity and report to marquee donors for fundraising.

- The Program Manager will work directly with the Executive Director and engage at a strategic level with all teams within the organization.
- The PM will be responsible for designing strategies and roadmaps for projects and teams, overseeing work across multiple areas.
- They will have exposure to the founders, Board, and key stakeholders, and will manage the organization's critical priorities.
- The PM will support business development efforts within the organization.
