**Role: CRM Executive**

**Your responsibilities would be:.**
- Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads intocustomers.
- Develop tests and optimize results.
- Develop, configure, and customize the HubSpot CRM system to align with business requirements, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation rules.
- Create custom modules, templates, and functionalities within HubSpot CRM to enhance user experience and support specific sales and marketing processes.
- Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM system by implementing data validation rules, data cleansing activities, and data migration as needed.
- Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on HubSpot CRM functionalities, best practices, and data entry guidelines. Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with user inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong experience in developing and customizing HubSpot CRM or other CRM platforms.- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM functionalities, including custom object creation, workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with data management best practices, data migration, and data quality assurance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
