**About C2TREDS**:
C2FO has recently got in-principle approval from the Reserve Bank of India to set up a Trade Receivable Discounting Systems platform (TReDS) in India. The TReDS team is building the platform and will scale it to drive value for Indian MSMEs.

C2FO owns, operates and manages an online platform “C2TReDS “ and has obtained an in-principal approval from RBI (as hereinafter defined) to carry on the TReDS business via the Platform by letter dated July 7, 2022 issued by the Department of Payments and Settlements of the RBI ;

***About the Position - Operations - Buyer/Financier (MOPs)**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Strong experience and expertise in providing operational support and creating portfolios.
- Stakeholder Management (internal and external)
- Experience with a large set of data for analysis and account mining.
- Managing multiple customers and handling multiple accounts.
- Identifying key performance indicators against individual account plan business objectives.
- Skilled in conducting quality and catalogue analysis to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to design and execute training and development programs for customer service staff.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Figma, YouTracker, ClickUp, and other related CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding, analyzing, and optimizing assigned C2FO markets.
- Supporting Financier Team, Account Management and Sales team with company analysis and insights
- Analysing complex market data to make recommendations and/or solve problems.
- Influencing client decisions to negotiate win-win solutions.
- Assisting with technical operations and market structuring.
- Working closely with various functional teams globally including Product, Account Management,
- Implementation, Sales to ensure effective account management and effective ongoing account growth.
- Traveling to client meetings, as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Can prioritize well and communicate clearly across cross-functional teams (written and verbal).
- A finance, management consulting, or ITeS background is preferred.
- Experience with Account Management methodologies, metrics, and processes is a plus.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in client handling, portfolio management and requirement analysis.
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and report creation.
- Proficiency in conducting quality and catalogue analysis.
- Strong communicator with direct experience working with large corporates' C-Suite/Senior Management level
- Aptitude for qualitative and quantitative data analysis and acumen for financial management concepts, especially as it relates to supply chain finance and financial accounting
- Experience in designing and conducting training and development programs.
- Hands-on experience with data tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial operating metrics, short-term cash management investment vehicles, and working capital best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make effective decisions.
