**Maintenance Incharge**
- Should have hands on plumbing work, electrical work, carpenter work.
- Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment's.
- Participate in coordination of projects e.g. renovations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Open to travel.
- Accommodation will be provided in the School Premises.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Malibu Town Sector 47, Gurgaon - 122018, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
