**Purpose of the job**

**(*Improvement from Baseline to Endline of students by teaching both theoretical and practical aspects of the curriculum, conducting periodic review and assessments.**)*

**Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities**
- Conduct a baseline assessment of the students as soon as they join
- Conducting sessions in accordance to the schedule such that there are no delays and all activities of each week are completed on time
- Training the students to understand and articulate the key learning outcomes (Housekeeping SOPs, Guest Room, Public Area Cleaning etc). Making needed purchase indent.
- Training the students in highest standards of Health and Hygiene
- Maintaining a strong hold on the Housekeeping Lab premises, its furniture and equipment, making practical duty rota for the students and maintaining strict discipline and grooming standards.
- Overseeing the Housekeeping lab inventory, their maintenance and record keeping and Also training the students to do the same.
- Overseeing the maintenance of Housekeeping lab interior and periodic laundry
- Making periodic purchase indent as per practical training requirements, Maintaining and rotating Housekeeping Lab’s perishable and non-perishable items. Also training the students in making purchase indent.
- Arranging industrial exposure visits and guest lectures whenever needed.

**Academic**: Degree in Hotel Management

**Professional**: Minimum 5 years of working experience in the industry till managerial position. Or 5 years of teaching experience in a hotel management educational institution

Social skills and qualities necessary to understand, counsel and guide the students

Location: Sarajapura, Bangalore.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
