**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Design & Development**: Create stunning and responsive WordPress websites using Elementor, ensuring high standards of visual appeal and functionality.
- **Customization**: Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client specifications.
- **UX/UI Design**: Develop user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience and increase engagement.
- **Content Management**: Manage website content updates, including text, images, and other multimedia.
- **SEO Optimization**: Implement SEO best practices to improve site visibility and search rankings.
- **Performance Optimization**: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and fix bugs, compatibility issues, and other technical problems.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in WordPress, Elementor, and web design.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fresher / Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress design and development, with significant experience using Elementor.
- **Proficiency**: Strong proficiency in Elementor, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- **Design Tools**: Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your work with Elementor and WordPress.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with WooCommerce and other popular WordPress plugins.
- Understanding of PHP and MySQL.
- Knowledge of website security best practices.
