**About the Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our growth team. As a critical member of the team, you will be working directly with the founder and will be responsible for driving the growth strategy, pitching the product to potential clients, generating revenue, and raising funds from investors. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our company.

**Experience**: 1 - 3 years

**Training period**: 6 months (Negotiable)

**Salary**:

- During training period: INR 15,000
- Post training period: INR 25000 + Incentives (based on targets achieved)

**Your usual day at work**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key target markets, customer segments and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product-market fit and identify strategies for user retention and referrals.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying and pursuing potential clients, strategic partnerships, and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers to drive business growth.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, decks, and proposals to pitch the product and secure new business.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage customer relationships to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and engage potential investors, including venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling investor pitches, presentations, and financial models to secure funding.
- Manage investor relations, including regular updates, reporting, and communication to ensure ongoing support and engagement.
- Work closely with the founding team and cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with overall company goals.
- Collaborate with design, growth, and development teams to optimize product offerings, user experience, and marketing campaigns.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other team members, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and high performance.

**Skills required**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in growth strategy, business development, or a similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth, generating revenue, and exceeding targets.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create impactful decks, presentations, and proposals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and investors.
- Experience in fundraising, including investor relations and pitching to secure funding.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
