**Responsibilities**
OFFICE ASSISTANT
- Design and update job descriptions
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
- Advertise job.openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Maintain Services files and end to end appointments.
- Maintaining housekeeping work.
- Doing all admin related work and coordinating with the Principal.
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
- Maintaining files.
- Welcoming visitors to your office.
- Answering phone calls.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
**Qualification**
MBA/Graduation equivalent
**Timing**
Working hours - 8:00am to 5:00pm (Mon-Sat)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
