Studio Nine Reality Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Procurement Executive to join our team in Patna. As a Procurement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing high-quality products, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring efficient supply chain management. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our company by enhancing vendor partnerships and streamlining procurement operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Nurture Vendor Relationships:

- Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with approved vendors.
- Meet with potential vendors to assess their products, inquire about services, and negotiate prices.
- Address any concerns or issues related to products or services with vendors.
- Vendor Research and Selection:

- Research available vendors to identify those offering competitive pricing and superior product quality.
- Monitor sales trends to identify popular products and align procurement strategies accordingly.
- Vendor Management Programs:

- Implement vendor selection programs to secure the best-suited vendors for our needs.
- Conduct vendor interviews and communicate responsibilities and obligations to approved vendors.
- Set performance standards for approved vendors and continuously assess their performance.
- Procurement Process Optimization:

- Manage quotations, price comparisons, and price negotiations to achieve cost optimization.
- Prepare and release purchase orders, ensuring supplier/vendor acceptance of company terms.
- Expedite material delivery to ensure adherence to promised delivery schedules.
- Financial Management and Reporting:

- Prepare payment approval forms and ensure timely advances and payments to suppliers/vendors.
- Maintain comprehensive purchase-related data and generate MIS reports as required.
- Sourcing Strategies and Collaboration:

- Design, plan, and implement effective sourcing and purchasing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to align procurement goals.
- Supplier Database and Relationship Building:

- Maintain an up-to-date database of approved suppliers for streamlined procurement processes.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with suppliers and vendors to enhance collaboration.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms with vendors.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and vendor evaluations.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in real estate or construction industry (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
