Background: Mission RIEV MMCS Ltd aims at bringing smiles on the faces of people through serving people with customised services for addressal of their day to day worries through technological platform at low cost, with optimum quality and shorter timeline. For this purpose, the Society plans to identify and finalise the Panchayat Business Associate in each Panchayat who will act as Member Secretary of the Panchayat Management Board (To be constituted after minimum 50 primary members’ enrolment). The role of identifying and finalising Panchayat Business Associates will lie with the Block Expansion Officers (BEOs) to be appointed in each Block who will report to the AGM/DGM/GM Expansion. Every BEO will ensure minimum 10 contracts of Panchayat Business Associate every month. The following is the description of the position of Block Expansion Officer:
Position: Block Expansion Officer
Number: 100
(One in each developmental Block; there are total 88 Blocks in HP and some blocks are bigger in size where two BEOs can be deployed; hence total 100 vacancies)
Place of Posting: In respective blocks across Himachal Pradesh
Qualifications: Minimum Graduate or Above
Skills: Excellent Communication, Motivation, Convincing, Supportive Supervision, People Handling, Troubleshooting and Progress Tracking and IT Skills.
Desirable: Business Development, Working through Software, Marketing Management, Driving, Own vehicle preferred as the job profile requires movement to the panchayats within assigned block.
**Responsibilities**:
1. To visit each gram panchayat and identify potential business partners for Mission RIEV who will enroll families as members, make need assessment of families and initiate service delivery process with portal help. (The Panchayat Business Associate will get 50% incentive on all kinds of revenue generated at panchayat level).
3. To impart basic training to the Business Associates on portal handling and business operation besides troubleshooting, whenever needed.
4. To process monthly payment and incentives to the Business Associates.
5. To schedule the periodic tasks for Associates and provide continuous technical support to them.
Perks: Rs. 20,000 /- Monthly Fixed Basic + applicable incentive.
Incentives: Variable incentivisation policies may be applicable whenever available.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
