**Position: Banking Officer (On Probation)
- Place of Posting -Shimla and Mandi**

**Package: Basic with Incentive
- Basic Rs. 15,000 Plus Incentive**

**Vision: Initiating Banking Services - Deposits and Loans to the members of Cooperative.**

**Eligibility**:Minimum Graduate / Basic IT Knowledge / Public RelationSkill / Smart Communicator / Reliable

**Skills**: Excellent Communication, Motivation, Convincing, Supportive Supervision, People Handling, Troubleshooting and Progress Tracking and IT Skills

**Preferably**: Experience in Banking

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Plan Day 1**

Joining Process,

Orientation on Mission RIEV Concept

Finalising Action Plan

Understanding Banking Aspect of the Society wrt Schemes, Products and Process

**Day 2**

Circulating communique to known resource base

Setting up Offices and starting operation

**Day 4**: Onward

Meeting potential people and presenting Banking Plan to the people

Enrolling people as members first

Opening SB / FD / RD / Flexible Account of the people

Issuing them the necessary documents / output proof.

Processing loans as per Banking Policies of the society

And the like.

**Deliverable**

a. Minimum 15 account in each product category in a month

b. Home delivery based support to the members

**Payment Plan**: As per policy in place. Details to be discussed in person.

**Travel Expenses** :No separate travel expenses applicable

**June & July**: Establishing practices, Overcoming Software technical issues, Value addition for expansion

**August***:Performance appraisal and Confirmation

Promotion as Branch Manager with revised Basic and applicable allowances as per industry standards - Block Level Posting - Operational Role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
