Job Responsibilities:

- Pre Shipment/ Post Shipment Documentation
- Preparation of the commercial documents like perform invoice, packing list, quotations.
- Projection of orders to factory every month and accordingly, plan logistics and documentation process to ensure on time delivery
- Follow-up with Production team for dispatch of goods
- Coordinate and handle forwarding agents (logistic companies) for freight charges, dispatch, custom clearance etc.
- Make monthly dispatch reports
- Coordinate with International clients for their order dispatch, documentation requirement etc on daily basis

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
