**Job Title**:
Business Development Executive (B2B)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Client Acquisition**: Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key influencers.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work with marketing and product teams to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in CRM systems.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate terms of agreement and close contracts to secure deals.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar B2B sales or business development role.
- Knowledge of the industry or market segment is an added advantage.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,867.30 - ₹50,000.00 per month
