**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube business strategy aligned with our overall objectives.
Manage and grow our portfolio of YouTube channels, ensuring consistent quality, audience engagement, and revenue growth.
Lead a team of content publishers, editors and other professionals to ensure high-quality content and optimize channel performance.
Monitor and analyze YouTube analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Stay up to date with YouTube algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices to ensure our channels remain competitive.
Develop and implement monetization strategies.
Explore opportunities for cross-promotion and collaboration with other YouTube channels and social media platforms.
Oversee the management of ad placements, ensuring optimal revenue generation while maintaining a positive user experience.
Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on the performance of our YouTube business and the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels, with a track record of success in audience engagement and revenue generation.
Deep understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO best practices, and video optimization techniques.
Strong knowledge of YouTube monetization strategies, including the YouTube Partner Program and other revenue streams.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals.
Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with video editing software, content management systems, and other relevant tools and technologies is a plus.
Passion for YouTube and a deep understanding of the platform's ecosystem, trends, and audience behavior.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
