Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Implementation of SOPs for the maintenance of the company policies
- Maintaining checklist of all regular AMCs
- Coordinating and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and building representatives for smooth functioning of centres
- Assist Community Manager in onboarding and exit formalities of the clients
- Inventory Handover
- Resource Management
- Resolve customer dispute related to infrastructure
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the senior management
- Assistance to Parking for members and visitors (preparing parking list
- bike, car, etc.)
- Petty cash management
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary along with preparation of relevant reports
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

1. Experience in the Co
- working or Real Estate Industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
