**Service Promotion Executive**

**Locations**: Kollam, Punalur (Kerala)
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Full-time)

**Reports to**: Marketing Manager / Branch Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Promote services**: Actively promote and create awareness of the company's services to potential customers in the designated regions (Kollam and Punalur).
- **Client interaction**: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and promote the relevant services offered by the company.
- **Service presentations**: Conduct informative presentations and demonstrations of services to potential clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the benefits and features.
- **Relationship building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the services offered.
- **Market research**: Gather and analyze market data to identify potential customer segments and market trends, contributing to the development of promotional strategies.
- **Lead generation**: Identify and generate leads for service offerings, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
- **Collaborate with the team**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve service promotion goals.
- **Feedback and reporting**: Provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities. Prepare and present regular reports on promotional activities and results.
- **Customer satisfaction**: Ensure that the promoted services meet client expectations and resolve any issues promptly.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- A **Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or service promotion (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- **Gender Preference**: Male (as per the requirement for the role).
