**Job description**

**Role specific skillsets**:
**Financial Due Diligence**
- Lead the financial due diligence engagement along with Manager and make sure that the Quality and timelines anticipated are adhere to by team
- Document and report review, analyze and internal report creation. To analyze the financial results of companies and develop good understanding of business model.
- To keep all information obtained during due diligence process. Do lease, operational and underwriting financial reviews/audits, if required. Generate ideas and share within the team.
- To write strong reports on the findings noted during diligence process
- To advice on addressing due diligence findings and incorporating in the relevant sections of the SPA
- Should guide and monitor the team during the engagement and be strong at documentation of the work

**M&A, End to End Advisory**
- To lead M&A mandates and transactions with end to end advisory
- Constructing teasers, Pitch books, Information Memorandum for the clients
- Devising M&A strategies, identifying sectors and groupings of companies that might be viable business targets for clients
- Managing the implementation of a M&A proposition
- Working with corporate finance colleagues to provide advice on capital structure
- Project managing transactions, overseeing the negotiation of terms and developing proposals to raise funds
- Preparing financial model and developing assumptions validating the model
- To assist in preparing opinion notes, memos for acquisition/ joint venture establishment
- To assist work on a project which might run over a short term to long term horizon
- Should be a strong team player

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,_**
- 1-2 years of applicable work experience in: Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory (experience with Big 4 preferred)
- Actively involved in financial due diligence
- Experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing clients, and/or manager towards the successful completion of a project
- Strong current knowledge in one of the following: India GAAP Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Company Law and International Financial Reporting Standards, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction services
- Oral and written communication should be good
- Should have a strong report writing skills with very good control over the language
- Should have a strong proficiency with MS office especially MS excel and MS power point
- Having experience in Power BI, Alteryx, Advanced excel and M&A tools will be an added advantage
- Should be ready to travel and ready to work under tight deadlines
