**What’s in it for you?**
- Be a part of building the entire Clinical operations and partnerships for a diabetes reversal start up
- Be responsible for a significant portion of the business operations by owning and driving high caliber processes and systems and scale the organization to a million users in the next 2-3 years.

- Work closely with tech/product teams to build relevant solutions to create scalable operational charter with high customer & employee satisfaction.
- Get first-hand experience of building high NPS products and business at scale.

**What will be the key responsibilities?**
- Will be responsible for driving clinical operations - own process design, control operational metrics, customer experience metrics and drive best practices.
- Identify new opportunities for improving processes, systems and product solutions that impact consumer or doctor experience.
- Will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as product and tech teams, medical experts, operations team, to execute and deliver key operational / system processes impacting business metrics.
- Manage and drive timely execution of all initiatives across people, process and technology functions.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
