Excellent communication in English / Hindi / Marathi (written and verbal)
- Manage customer calls on Customer Support Numbers
- ResolveL0 customer queries about product usage / troubleshooting / issue resolution
- Manage Issue Tracker system
- Ensure resolution of complaints / tickets as per norms of Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams of company and channel partners to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Gather regular feedback and testimonials from customers
- Build rapport with customer representatives through scheduled calls as per CRM team agenda
- Manage CRM data in tool
- Manage survey data and field visit records
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to provide data for campaigns
- Coordinate training and support visits with clients contact person, dealers, partners
- Keep track of activation, installation, training, and service schedule
- Generate weekly reports related to field service activities, schedules, complaints, compliance, etc
- Excellent communication in English / Hindi / Marathi (written andverbal)
- Must have knowledge of issue tracking / ticketing systems and defect life cycle management
- Must be prompt, diligent, and disciplined in maintaining data and documents
- Must have good practical knowledge of MS Office tools

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
