We are seeking a talented and passionate Art Curator/ Gallery Manager to oversee the

daily operations of our upcoming art gallery, with a focus on photos and art. This role

involves curatorial responsibilities, managing gallery exhibitions, and cultivating

possess a strong artistic vision, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep appreciation

for visual arts.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Fine Arts, or a related field; a master's degree is

preferred.
- Proven experience as a curator or gallery manager, particularly in the realm of

photos and art.
- Strong knowledge of art history, photography, and contemporary art trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in gallery management software, inventory systems, and marketing

tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- A deep passion for and commitment to the arts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Curatorial Duties:

- Research, select, and curate art and photo collections for gallery exhibitions.
- Develop and maintain a compelling exhibition schedule that aligns with the

gallery's artistic vision and objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION: ART CURATOR/ GALLERY MANAGER
- Collaborate with artists to create thematic exhibitions and ensure the

proper presentation of their work.

2. Gallery Operations:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gallery, including artist

management, scheduling, and budget management.
- Handle art inventory, cataloging, and conservation efforts.
- Implement and maintain industry best practices for the care and display of

artwork.

3. Marketing and Promotion:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote gallery exhibitions,

artist showcases, and events.
- Maintain the gallery's online presence through a website and social media

platforms.
- Collaborate with PR agencies and local media to increase the gallery's

visibility and reach.

4. Artist and Client Relationships:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with established and emerging artists.
- Assist clients and collectors in understanding the art, making purchases,

and building their collections.
- Provide a welcoming and informative gallery experience for visitors.

5. Event Coordination:

- Organize gallery events, openings, and artist talks to engage with the local

art community and art enthusiasts.
- Coordinate with artists, catering services, and event staff to ensure

successful events.

6. Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Manage art sales, including negotiating prices, processing transactions, and

ensuring proper documentation.
- Set sales targets and work to achieve revenue goals for the gallery.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
