Job Description:

3 - 5 years experienced designer, skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging graphics and animations for various digital platforms and campaigns.

What we are looking for:

Key Accountabilities: ●

Design and Visual Development: Create compelling graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, product presentations, and promotional materials that align with the brand's visual identity. ●

Video Editing and Enhancement: Edit and enhance video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, applying effects, transitions, and audio elements to produce engaging and cohesive visual stories. ●

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts that effectively communicate brand messaging and storytelling across various media. ●

Project Management: Oversee design projects from concept through to final production, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are in line with project goals and brand standards. ●

Innovation and Quality Control: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into projects to maintain a high standard of design quality. Professional Skills: ●

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. ●

Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer in a creative agency or similar environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, animation principles, and visual storytelling. ●

Leadership: Experience in leading a team or mentoring junior designers is highly desirable. ●

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. ●

Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality work across multiple projects. ●

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ●

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. ●

Industry Awareness: A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and techniques in graphic design, motion graphics, and digital design. Also, preferring from a gaming industry.
