Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in implementing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. This position involves a combination of creative, analytical, and communication skills to effectively contribute to the growth and success of the organization's marketing efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
Campaign Execution:
Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, print, events, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Gather and analyze data to make informed recommendations for improving marketing strategies and tactics.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.
Monitor website performance, SEO, and user experience to drive online visibility and engagement.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and more.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistency in visual and messaging elements.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
Support event logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Collaborate with sales teams to generate and nurture leads through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor lead generation activities and provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives.
Provide regular reports to management detailing campaign performance, audience engagement, and other relevant metrics.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
