**Responsibilities**:

- Own the end-to-end product delivery including design, funding, vendor selection, implementation, delivery and BAU with stakeholder management at every step
- Partner with market teams for business engagement, roadmap alignment & finalization, business value articulation, identification of right data sources (including external data), enable integration to local systems for data sourcing as well as for consumption layer, understand audience profile and technology ecosystem to make right platform choices.
- Performs analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, Determines a strategy with large amount of data and frame Business problem statement, conclusions and recommendation regarding dynamics, trends, and opportunities
- Mine and analyze the data from such company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

Skillset
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Decision Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc.
- Understanding of databases like SQL server, azure, oracle etc and Experience using statistical languages: R, Python, SLQ, etc.
- Experience working with and creating data architectures.
- Understanding about building a data model - like building relationships across datasetsHands-on experience working on text analytics / NLP algorithms like RNN, LSTM etc.
- 1-2 year experience working with unstructured data such as social listening bulk data via sources like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr etc

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience at a F&B company, making an impact in a market research/insights/analytics, marketing, competitive intelligence, or other similar function with demonstrated ability to execute projects in a complex environment with multiple constituencies. BA/BSc required (Masters is a plus)
- Experience working with unstructured text data especially social & digital analytics background, along with knowledge and use of current and emerging social networks, experience with visualizing and reporting out data based insights
- Hands On experience in working with qualitative consumer research/social listening tools and generating deep insights.
- Very comfortable in running in depth Consumer research analyses, ability to turn findings into compelling and insightful stories and present them to Business teams.

- Self-starter strategic thinker: capable of taking broad questions and open briefs and turning them intro a roadmap, outputs and business impact.
- Ability to run consumer research analyses alone by leveraging various available data sources
- Ability to learn quickly new tools and start working in the different ways enabled by these tools

- Elevated ability to train others on Insights analytics

Organizational Savvy
- Able to influence and work through others to effectively navigate organization while ensuring that necessary stakeholders are informed and educated
- Agility to work across cultures and time zones
- Ability to influence local insights partners in their ways of working

- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and overcome challenges; Highly analytical, motivated, decisive with excellent project management skills.
- Proven experience of planning and conducting research projects achieving goals and objectives
- Organized: Capable of juggling multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders, ensure delivery while proactively managing trade-offs.
