**Role Overview**:
**Position Details: Inside Sales / lead Generation Executive**

Employment Type: Full-time

Job timing: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Week off: Saturday and Sundays off

Experience: Fresher

Market: UK & US

**Requirements:

The Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist is expected to:

- Introduce Company offerings and identify appropriate prospects within the target market.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential new business through outbound prospecting efforts and fully qualify all potential leads prior passing to sales for progressing and closure
- Communicate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth transition process for

“pre-qualified” handoffs, and common understanding of the sales team needs

Create PowerPoint presentations
- Communicate with marketing and management about market conditions to help create proper marketing initiatives that drive new business opportunities1
- Understand vConnect iDees offerings and develop a basic understanding of each offering and how to articulate the offerings to prospective clients
- Conduct need analysis and identify prospects' pain points and determine how vConnect iDees offerings can address those needs.
- Research competitive offerings in order to fully understand how to best position vConnect iDees offerings against the competition
- Properly handle objections put forth by prospects.
- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline

**Qualifications**:

- B. E. /B.Sc. /Computer Science (preferred), or MBA in IT/Marketing or University degree/Equivalent

**Additional Desired Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight time-lines and high client expectations.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- UK shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:
