We are currently operating from four state-of-the-art clinics in _Delhi_, _Noida, Chandigarh, and Gurugram_
Since we started in 2016- Through a team of trained Chiropractors and Physiotherapists we have helped more than 25000 people with their pain and Injuries. We are currently offering chiropractic care, physiotherapy, Sports Physiotherapy, and fitness studio (Yoga therapy & clinical Pilates), with goals to expand to other healthcare services. We are a well-experienced team of therapists and accessory staff where we challenge the conventional wisdom of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
**The Role**:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in acquiring new patients, retaining existing ones, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their journey with Synchrony.
**Responsibilities**:
- Patient Acquisition:_
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients through targeted marketing initiatives, including Google and social media campaigns.
- Engage in outreach efforts to promote clinic services within the local community and among potential referral sources (e.g., sports clubs, fitness centers, medical professionals).
- Conduct follow-ups and convert inquiries into appointments, ensuring a high arrival rate.
- Sales and Enrollment:_
- Educate prospective patients on clinic services, treatment plans, and the benefits of physiotherapy, effectively selling the value proposition of our specialized care.
- Collaborate with therapists to create personalized care plans and present these plans to patients, aiming for a 60% enrollment rate.
- Demonstrate exceptional salesmanship while conveying the importance of ongoing treatment for rehabilitation or injury prevention.
- Customer Service Excellence:_
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all patients and visitors entering the clinic.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback from patients promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with patients, fostering loyalty and trust in our services.
- Data Management and Reporting:_
- Utilize the clinic management software (Kivihealth) efficiently for patient records, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Generate reports and track key performance indicators related to patient acquisition, conversion rates, and enrollment statistics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to understand and convey the benefits of specialized therapy services to potential patients.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and customer relationship management software is a plus.
