Qualifications: Civil Engineer preferred, but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee comprehensive business development in real estate, encompassing sales, asset acquisition, construction implementation, and client management.
Lead the ongoing 20,000 sqft super premium real estate development project (handover in Aug 2024) and drive the design phase of another 1 million sqft across three projects set to launch in 2024.
Position our work at the premium end of the market with feature-rich offerings, creating niche pricing below expensive projects.
Utilize innovative technology for superbly engineered work, providing a cost arbitrage advantage.
Visualize project challenges, adhere to timelines, and cultivate a network of delighted clients in alignment with the CEO's vision.
Emphasize vendor management and project simplicity as key success parameters.
Manage a growing team of civil engineers, accountants, supervisors, machine operators, and outsourced contractors.
Target:
To achieve a real estate turnover of Rs. 500 cr. by 2027-28.
