**Job Description - IICS Support Lead**

**Position**: IICS Support Lead

**Experience**: 7+ years (Minimum 5+ years in IICS support, capable of lead-level tasks or currently in a lead support role)

**Location**: Chennai (preferable), Bangalore

**Role**: Full-time

**Notice Period**: Immediate - 20 days

**Salary**: Based on Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and Manage Support Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the IICS support team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to support personnel.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and resolve escalations.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IICS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer queries and problems.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other support leads, managers, and teams to optimize support processes.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Interact directly with customers to understand and resolve their technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support processes and issue resolutions.
- Generate regular reports on support performance and metrics.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum 7 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in IICS support.
- Previous experience in a lead support role is highly preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Knowledge of cloud integration and data management solutions.
- **Leadership Skills**:

- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and mentor a support team.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and drive process improvements.
- **Communication**:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a varied audience.
- **Location**:

- Chennai (preferable), Bangalore.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,300,000.00 per year
