As an Influencer Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to promote our brand, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with marketing, social media, and creative teams to identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, negotiate partnerships, and monitor campaign performance.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influence the campaigns.
- Ideating and managing branded digital campaigns with social media influencers.
- Identifying and on boarding relevant publications/ influencers.
- Submission of reports for Amplification Activities to management and clients as per agreed timelines.
- Right selection of influencers basis brand objectives.
- Manage the Pollen team and overlook their roles and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Must have knowledge in working on influencer marketing
- Minimum experience is 6 month
- Must have bachelors degree
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Must have social media knowledge
- Effective communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Influencer Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
