- Design & Development: Create comprehensive training sessions_

- workplace manners, and cultural sensitivity._
- ○ Virtual Meeting Platforms: Mastery of tools like Zoom, Microsoft_
- Teams, and Google Meet, including advanced features._
- ○ Active Listening Skills: Techniques to enhance comprehension,_
- empathy, and engagement._
- ○ Presentation Skills: Effective public speaking, storytelling, and_
- audience engagement strategies._

- Student Engagement:_

- Individual Improvement Plans: Develop personalized improvement_
- plans for students, setting clear goals and tracking progress._
- Regular Check-ins: Schedule regular one-on-one meetings with students_
- to review progress, address challenges, and provide support._
- Milestone Worksheets: Design milestone-based worksheets to help_
- students track their progress and achievements._
- Alumni Events: Organize and facilitate alumni engagement events to_
- maintain connections and support ongoing development._
- Customization:_
- Tailored Programs: Adapt training content and methods to the unique_
- needs of different audiences, including various industries and student_
- groups._
- Feedback Integration: Modify training approaches based on feedback_
- and evolving needs._
- Assessment and Feedback:_
- Progress Evaluation: Conduct assessments to measure participants'_
- progress and effectiveness of training._
- Constructive Feedback: Provide actionable feedback and recommend_
- strategies for improvement._
- Material Development:_
- Resource Creation: Develop and regularly update training materials,_
- including presentations, handouts, and exercises, ensuring they are_
- relevant and engaging._
- Collaboration:_
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with HR departments,_
- educational institutions, and other stakeholders to align training programs_
- with organizational and educational goals._
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other trainers and team members_
- to share best practices and enhance training effectiveness._
- Reporting:_
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of training activities,_
- participant progress, and feedback._
- Performance Reports: Prepare reports on training outcomes, challenges,_
- and areas for improvement._
- Continuous Improvement:_
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest trends and_
- advancements in communication training and methodologies._
- Program Enhancement: Continuously improve training programs based_
- on new insights and feedback._

- Qualifications:_
- Education:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Human Resources, or a_
- related field. Relevant certifications or advanced training in communication_
- or professional development are advantageous._
- Experience:_
- Proven experience in training or teaching communication skills, corporate_
- meeting platforms and presentation skills training is highly desirable._
- Experience working with PWD students or in similar inclusive settings is a_
- significant advantage._
