IT Executive

Administration and Maintenance of Hardware and Network.
- Monitors and Maintains the IT infrastructure.
- Perform on - site and remote technical support.
- Assist in the organization and inventory of the hardware and software resources.
- Provides emergency on-call support.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software operations issues in end-user systems.
- Assists staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop Computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and Guidelines.
- Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop Computing equipment and software.
- Work with Help Desk and Network Operations staff as appropriate to determine and Resolve problems received from Users.
- Trains and orients staff n use of hardware and software.
- Recommends and / or performs updates in Server and Clients.
- Monitoring and updating Antivirus updates in Server and Clients.
- Ensure that all the Patches are updated.
- Supervised backup and disaster recovery operations.
- Configuring / reconfiguring desktops as per profiles of the user.
- Handle projector and assist for the presentation
- Accept requests for assistance or problem reports from users.
- Obtain necessary information from user to adequately describe the request or problem reports,
- Directly respond to the request or problems if within own areas of expertise.
- Direct the request or problems to the most appropriate support area(e.g., systems/network/desktop, support organization),
- Liaison with user to ensure that requests or problem reports have been satisfactorily handled.

Bachelor's (Preferred BCA,Bsc IT)

**Job Types**: Fresher, Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
