JobDescription:
**Must-Have**
- Experience in Installation, Configuration, Migration, Builds & Deployments and ongoing technical support on products such as IBM WebSphere MQ and MB/IIB/ACEon various platforms like Aix, Linux, and Windows platforms
- Experienced in setting MQ clustering Environment, Workload balancing, Cluster Overlapping
- Experience in setting up HACMP setup in MQ environments.
- Experienced in creating Broker, Execution group, deploying bar files, checking logs etc
- Extensive experience on configuration and monitoring the MQ Listeners, channel initiators ,Trigger Monitors, MQ Log files and Dead Letter Queues
- Created and configured MQ Objects like Queue Managers, Remote Queues, Local Queues and Alias Queues.
- Good exposure on MQSeries triggering and distributed queuing.
- Experienced in setting up MQ qu eue manager cluster environments.
- Experience in design, development and mapping using Web Sphere Message Broker and Web Sphere MQ with different formats like XML, Fixed length.
- Working knowledge of MQ and WMB/IIB commands
- Configured and implemented Distributed Queuing on Client/Server architectures.
- Worked on problem determination, troubleshooting, backup & recovery.
- Worked on SSL, Clustering and Pub/Sub concepts. Experience in Production Monitoring and troubleshooting the production issues

**Good-toHave**
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
- Scripting knowledge such as Shell, python, Ansible, etc.
- Well organized with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision with quick learning skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
