**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, expense reports, and bank statements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting principles.
- Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform regular reconciliations of financial data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address any financial documentation-related queries or concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the documentation accounting function.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in documentation accounting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
