Combine both Sales and Technical knowledge to engage develop and execute plan Collaborate with Sales Solutions SME production commercial and marketing team to meet ustomer requirements and Revenue

Work as a Solutions and BD expert for IoT Team.
Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to moderately complex problems in International Markets
Deep Knowledge and hands-on experience on working in IOT.
Sound knowledge of Technology stack for M2M/IoT Applications and Support Platforms.
Should be conversant with state of the art technologies in this space and possess the ability to translate.
Good communication skill and should have done pre-sales solutions role in the IoT/Mobility Support Sales Teams with client meetings and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with customer team on solutions development and proposals.
Responsible for conceptualizing, building and selling IOT solutions
Should interface with multiple technology teams in developing solutions/platforms and influence them in creating domain strength.
Responsible for domain led delivery, account mining for identified accounts and supporting Sales & Pre-Sales in proposals/pursuits/events.
Conduct Proof of Concept evaluations to implement IoT solutions to demonstrate the ability to meet client objectives.
Factory Exposure - Plants, Manufacturing Industry.
**Graduate in Engineering Experience**: Minimum 8-10 years; Preferably a Post Graduate degree in Business
Technical Competencies
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages solution pitches to customer & ensure the solution fit with customer problem
Proactively recruits new qualifying partners as per company’s target.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales and strategic objectives.
Manages product trainings to partners on a continuous basis.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates Customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Works along with International Business owner and drive Sales and revenue
Minimum qualification & experience
Should have a B.E Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/E&TC/Instrumentation or any relevant, while MBA degree would be an added advantage.
Should have ~ 8-10 years’ experience in Consultative sales for IOT solutions via Channel Sales/B2B/Direct Sales (4+ years’ experience of handling channel partners will be an added advantage) in International market
Sales experience of M2M or IOT Sales & Domain Industry experience will be an added Advantage
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Work with International Business owner and the Channel Sales to develop solution and generate Funnel
Assist and achieve assigned sales target in designated geographies and account.
Other knowledge/skills
SKILLS REQUIRED
Should understand 3-4 solution Verticals (Smart Cities, Industrial IOT, Connected operations, Connnected worker etc).
