Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Conduct consultations, educate clients on services, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- **Sales and Conversion**: Achieve sales targets through effective client management and conversion strategies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong client relationships, follow up post-consultation, and utilize CRM software.
- **Marketing and Outreach**: Participate in marketing initiatives, collaborate on sales strategies, and enhance clinic visibility through social media.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and assist with scheduling and client management.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven sales experience, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty industry.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, strong sales and negotiation abilities, customer-centric approach, and proficiency in CRM software.
- **Attributes**: Professional appearance, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
