**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Study of RFQ**:

- Conduct a thorough technical analysis of Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- **Selection of Bought-Out Items as per RFQs**:

- Identify and select appropriate components and materials required for projects based on RFQs.
- Ensure that all selections align with technical requirements and project specifications.
- **Estimation & Offer Preparation**:

- Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including materials, labor, and other expenses.
- Develop and submit competitive offers and proposals to clients, ensuring all technical and commercial aspects are covered.
- **Procurement of Bought-Out Items**:

- Manage the procurement process for all bought-out items, including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and components to meet project schedules.
- **Approval of Drawings and Data Sheets from Customers**:

- Coordinate with customers to obtain approval for technical drawings and data sheets.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, compliant with project specifications, and approved in a timely manner.
- **Project Tracking and Delivery as per Targeted Time**:

- Monitor and track the progress of projects, ensuring they are on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify and address any potential delays or issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with procurement and vendor management is a plus.
