Responsible for the holistic development of ongoing projects, this role involves meticulous oversight, direct reporting to top management, and active engagement with stakeholders.

The primary responsibility is to supervise and manage the day-to-day progress of all projects, ensuring alignment with schedules, quality benchmarks, and budgetary constraints. Regular site visits enable assessment of progress, addressing challenges, and maintaining effective communication among engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.

Effective communication and reporting are integral. Serving as the liaison between construction sites and top management, the Project Coordinator provides detailed updates on project status, challenges, and achievements. Clear communication with project teams ensures alignment with company objectives and client expectations. Additionally, detailed reports encompassing progress, budget analysis, and risk assessments are provided to both management and clients.

Client management is a critical aspect, involving engagement to comprehend their needs, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project cycle. Collaboration ensures alignment with client requirements, fostering positive relationships for potential future collaborations.

Drawing from a robust understanding of roads, structures, and design principles, the Coordinator offers invaluable insights to project teams. They review project plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

This multifaceted role demands strong problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks promptly. Decisiveness in navigating project constraints and objectives is crucial to achieve optimal project outcomes. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, industry experience, and adeptness in communication and leadership skills.

**Salary**: From ₹150,000.00 per month
