- Finance Intern**

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various financial and accounting tasks. This internship is open to recent graduates who have successfully completed a finance-related internship during their college years.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Assist in Financial Analysis**: Support the finance team in conducting financial analysis, including gathering and organizing data, creating financial models, and interpreting financial reports.

**2.** **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budget plans and assist in forecasting future financial performance.

**3.** **Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and general ledger entries.

**4.** **Assist in Auditing Activities**: Assist with internal and external audit preparations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

**5.** **Financial Reporting**: Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and other reports, summarizing financial data for management review.

**6.** **Data Entry and Analysis**: Enter financial data into accounting software and assist in analysing financial trends and discrepancies.

**7.** **Support Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Assist in processing invoices, payments, and collections as needed.

**8.** **Ad Hoc Financial Tasks**: Support the finance team in ad hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- **Internship Experience**: Successful completion of at least one finance-related internship during college is mandatory.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and analysis.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Ethical Conduct**: Demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality when dealing with financial information.

**Duration and Compensation**:

- This is a paid internship program.
- The duration of the internship will be **2 Months**, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
