**Job Title: Marketing Trainee**

**Role Overview**:
As a Marketing Trainee, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting various initiatives aimed at promoting our products/services and enhancing brand visibility. This role is ideal for an MBA Fresher who is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing and contribute to the growth of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Branding: Create unique designs, branding plans, strategies, and visual identities for the company in the minds of the target audience and the general consumers.

Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media platforms by creating engaging content, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance metrics.

Campaign Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer engagement and retention.

Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Support Marketing Initiatives: Provide administrative and logístical support for marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:
A recent MBA graduate with a specialization in Marketing or a related field. Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms (e.g., social media management tools, Google Analytics).

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
