**Roles and Responsibilities**

Title - Data Analytics- responsible for analysing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will- similar role, along with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve business
- performance
- Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to improve forecasting
- accuracy and business insights
- Identify data quality issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain data models and databases to support reporting and analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data
- strategy and analysis
- This is a individual contributor role- Qualifications:

- Must-have:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or
- related field
- At least years of experience in a data analytics role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Desirable:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or
- related field
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Platform)
- Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices
- Technical Skills:

- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
- Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
