Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled & experienced Lead Python Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecting & implementing using Python Web frameworks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and enhance your technical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Python Development :

- Lead a team of Python developers & ensure best practices in design and implementation.

- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and solutions.

- Write efficient, reusable, and modular code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Ensuring the best practices in developing structured code.

Data Analysis and SQL :

- Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Work with large datasets to derive actionable insights.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency.

Problem Solving :

- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality improvements.

Documentation :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, data processes, and solutions.

- Create user guides and training materials as needed.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Expertise in Python Web Frameworks like Flask / Fast API / Django.

- Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.

- Proficiency in data visualization.

- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes is a must.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to mentor & develop a team of developers.

Experience :

- 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
