Receptionist (Front-desk)

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
**2. Office Administration**:
- Manage and organize office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are always in stock.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing meeting rooms.
**3. Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between employees and external contacts.
- Effectively communicate information to staff members and visitors.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential for effective communication in our diverse workplace.
**4. Data Entry and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
**5. Support to Management**:
- Assist in the coordination of office events and activities.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
**6. Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
**Job Type**:Full-time
**Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month**
**Schedule**:Day shift
**Ability to commute/relocate**:Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
