**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Receipt of material - physical receipt and Make entry in system (on same day)
- Proper Storage and preservation of the material
- Issues Material - physical and system
- Ensure compliance to ISO and OHSAS procedures for storage and preservation of materials
- Maintains 5 S and Visual Workplace in Stores Areas
- Co-ordinates with other functions
- Preparation of MIS reports (Daily, Weekly Monthly & Yearly)
- Prepares list of non-moving and slow-moving items
- Takes Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory and make reports
- Send documents to accounts for making payments
- Ensure safe handling of materials
- Supports Packing and Dispatch Function
- Manage store inventory
- Evaluate staff quarterly and replace staff as needed based on performance-based metrics
- Stock & inventory management
- Dispatch Knowledge
- Communication with Customer

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
