Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell loan products.
- Initiate conversations with potential customers and build rapport to understand their needs and financial requirements.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections, address concerns, and close sales.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, database management, and follow-up calls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Stay up-to-date with loan products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and lending procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships over the phone.
- Persuasive and confident demeanor with a natural sales instinct.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
