Your Role as a Sales Detective:
As a Customer Calling/Sales Intern, you'll step into the shoes of the legendary Sherlock Holmes, armed with your sharp wit and a knack for uncovering customer needs. Your primary mission will be engaging in outbound calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting the exceptional services provided by MyParticipants. Through careful questioning and active listening, you'll decipher their specific requirements and collaborate closely with our sales team to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.

But your adventures won't stop there You'll also play a crucial role in lead generation, utilising your research skills to identify prospective clients and contribute to our growing customer base. Your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service will shine as you promptly address inquiries, resolve issues, and foster positive and lasting client relationships.

Your powers of observation and organisation will be put to use as you utilise CRM software to efficiently track and manage customer interactions and sales activities. By contributing to sales reports and analysis, you'll uncover valuable sales trends and identify areas for improvement.

Additionally, you'll provide valuable support to the team by assisting with various administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
