**CORPORATE COMMUNICATION MANAGER & PROCESS TRAINER**

**PURPOSE**:

**SKILLS**:
High-calibre english vocabulary (equivalent to native)

Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

Multitasking capability with high level of attention to details

Proficient computer skills

Good presentation skills

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a process/sales trainer

Experience or education in Business Management

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Developing strategies for both external and internal communication

Preparing briefings for issues and key priorities ahead of stakeholder and trade association meetings, or other events

Executing proactive communications & campaigns across all owned channels and media, including trade media, to build and promote corporate reputation

Supporting reputation management processes across both corporate and brand issues.

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and teams in the business

Creating and verifying company documents

Monitoring all social media contents regularly

Building customer loyalty programs

Working closely with an organisation’s marketing department

Preparing training materials such as ppt, google document and presenting information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.

Providing intensive training - topics covered would be around product, services, process, British culture, language, and so on.

Listening to recorded calls of teams and providing them feedback for improvement

Assembling the training results and documentation of the same to present to the senior management

Developing alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen

Being the point of contact to maintain all the process changes, process documents and re-training the teams

Supervising the performance of team members and reporting the feedback/review of the team to the senior management on a bi-monthly basis and working on necessary improvement

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
