Executive- Surveyor

**What you’ll do**:

- Work closely with Business development team and align with team goals to achieve team target.
- Primarily responsible for commercial market survey; track expected, ongoing and recent commercial transactions in the respective cities
- Identify the key prospects through primary or secondary research.
- Since not all clients qualify, should have a sense of prioritizing premises so as to be able to qualify the clientele
- Studying stacking of premises wrt to lease status
- Knowledge of movements in adjoining cities/tier 2 locations around respective locations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum experience of 3 years in this sector preferable with grade A/grade B realtor firm
- Effective communication and understanding of the local language
- Extremely strong database and info of market dynamics.
- Should possess networking skills required for developing relationship with key staff in landlords team
