Monitoring & Counselling to all the children of ESCT at Homes and Shelters
- Provide individual and group counseling services to meet the developmental, preventive, and remedial needs of students.
- Establish a counselling laboratory, Psychological testing, clinical/ behavioural counselling
- Make social investigation/case history of the child through personal interview and from the family, social agencies and other sources - **Home study report**:

- Focus on enabling the child to adjust to the home, school and the new environment and identification of behavioural and psychological disorder.
- Develop Individual care plan/career counselling for every child in homes and shelters with regard to the child’s present and future need and requirement mental health organisation in case if the child needs medication/hospitalization/necessary services.
- Consult with students, parents, teachers, and other school and community personnel to assist in meeting the needs of students.
- Assists parents, In Charges and teachers in understanding and responding to developmental levels of students

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
