**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Acquisition**:

- Identify and onboard new customers for financial products like loans, insurance, or investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Promote the company’s financial products to generate revenue.
- **Market Research & Lead Generation**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, fieldwork, and referrals.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide accurate information about financial products to customers.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure proper and timely documentation of customer details.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during sales activities.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team and managers to achieve collective goals.
- Participate in regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication skills in **Hindi**.
- Confidence and enthusiasm to work in sales.
- Ability to explain financial products clearly and effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Basic knowledge of using mobile apps and simple documentation tools.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass (Intermediate) in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome. Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- **Language**: Proficiency in **Hindi** is required.
