**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Enroll the patients into the programme.
- Need to visit 1 hospital (Cancer hospital) in a day.
- Need to collect the documents from patients.
- Maintain the data.
- Ready to travel within the Bangalore city.
- Co-ordination with doctors regarding the patients concern.

**Requirement**:

- Any science graduate.
- Should have minimum 6 months experience in hospital and field work.
- Should be ready for travel.
- Need to visit multiple hospitals in a month.

Preferred Education

BSc Nursing, BSc (Bachelor of Science), PB BSc (Post Basic BSc Nursing)

Experience: 1 - 6 Years

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Cochin, Kerala (required)
