**Job description**

**Roles and responsibilities**:
1) Enroll the patients into the programme.

2)Need to visit 1 hospital (Cancer hospital) in a day

3)Need to collect the documents from patients

4)Maintain the data

5)Ready to travel within the Bangalore city

6)Co-ordination with doctors regarding the patients concern

**Requirement**:
1)Any science graduate

2)Should have minimum 6 months experience in hospital

4)Should be ready for travel

5)Need to visit multiple hospitals in a month

**Salary : 18k-25k + 200/daily allowance**

Immediate joiners only.

**Should be ready for outstation traveling as well when needed.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
